Chicken Bayou
This dish doesn't just satisfy — it impresses. The fried blackened chicken breast is perfectly and unbelievably juicy inside, seasoned with a smoky, Cajun heat that lingers just right. Creamy spinach melts over the top, adding a rich, velvety contrast, while plump shrimp and smoky andouille sausage bring bold, savory depth that turns every bite into something indulgent. The white cheddar smashed potatoes are buttery and sharp with rustic comfort, and the broccoli adds a fresh, bright balance to the plate. My favorite dish!!!
Red Jacket Monte Cristo
Was excited to see this offered on the menu! Definitely an indulgent sandwich but it was so very good with crispy dipped batter and warm ham and cheese filling. The jam for dipping was a perfect compliment. I enjoyed half for dinner and took remainder home for Brunch the next morning. Our compliments Canon! Thanks for having a classic favorite.
Cannon Bacon Cheese Burger
I fully enjoyed everything I tried and ultimately ordered. I had the bacon burger with beer fries. I ordered my burger medium and it was perfect. The only thing that was off-putting at all was they change $1 for a cup of ranch dressing, though they had mayo and mustard on the plate, as well as ketchup on the table.
House Special Pizza
My go to. I love this pizza. The herbs in the crust paired with the well chosen house toppings are awesome. 4 or 5 slices, along with a couple of beers, and have enough leftover to take home for lunch the following day.

Dr Schley's Chicken
Came back for a visit to my hometown and was happy to see a menu item that brought back memories of my pediatrician Dr. Frank Schley. They have a family Schley sandwich on the menu and it was absolutely wonderful. Great place, great atmosphere and the servers were exceptional. Enjoyed every minute. Fantastic!!

The absolute best pizza ive ever had!
