By the look of the blog section, it may seem as though the Cannon Brew Pub has lurched into the ‘010s all pie-eyed and tangle-footed, still reeling from the revels of the New Year.

Let me assure you, nothing could be further from the truth.

Our days have been a blur of beer and burgers and fine wines and pizza pies, interviews with national publications and additions (albeit small) to our brewing arsenal.

And in the coming weeks we will make much noise regarding the fruits of our toil, so do please stay tuned.

Brewmaster Hank is busy brewing up the next seasonal, this writer’s personal favorite, the Sledgehammer. Expect a full blog entry upon completion, replete with ample Peter Gabriel references.

Our Brewmaster has also recently been interviewed by two publications dedicated to the brewing, drinking, and all-around enjoyment of the yeasty arts. More on that when it hits the streets.

We here at the Cannon hope that the New Year has kept you as busy, contented, and most important, happy, as we have been here so far.

So, let’s pour one out for the Naughts. They had a rough go of it.
And raise a pint to the Teens.
