Well, folks.

It’s that time of year once again.

The holidays are here.

Some will celebrate by allowing an obese saint of Turkish descent to shimmy down their chimney at night to barter baked goods for electronic gadgets.

Others will get an early start and keep the candelabra-lit party going for a week and a day, marveling with family and friends on the combustible properties of olive oil.

Others still will don dashikis and kaftans, sip chalices and make a joyful noise right on through the first fruits of the New Year.

And those of us with an encyclopedic knowledge of Seinfeld might gather round the Aluminum Pole, air our grievances over meatloaf, and pin our father’s head to the ground.

However you choose to celebrate this holiday season, we here at the Cannon Brewpub want to wish you all a Merry Christmas, a Happy Hanukkah, a Joyous Kwanzaa, and a Festivus (For The Rest Of Us).
